It's like a rags-to-riches story straight out of a comic book, with Marvel transforming from a struggling underdog into a mighty box office powerhouse. Gone are the days of scraping together pennies to pay the rent - now Marvel's superheroes are dominating the box office, crushing their rivals like Hulk smashing puny villains. Move over, Avengers - Marvel's real-life comeback story is the stuff of legends.

This week we take a look at what the big leading company KPMG’s hiring process is:

KPMG have 4 stages which consists of the following:

Stage 1: Your Application

This is your chance to tell us about your academic background and any work experience you may have undertaken. This should take about 30 minutes to complete, and you won't need to upload a CV. General entry criteria for each of KPMG programmes can be found on the relevant programme pages.

Stage 2: Transforming Small Businesses

After submitting your application, you will be automatically invited to your first online assessment, Transforming Small Businesses. This assessment will require you to consider a range of material relating to three fictional small businesses, each with their own business challenges.

Stage 3: Delivering Outcomes

If you pass Stage 2 of the selection process, you'll move on to the next online assessment. This stage involves a fictional project related to your chosen business area and requires you to rank scenarios, record video responses, and provide written responses.

Stage: 4 Virtual Launchpad

If you pass Stage 3, you'll be invited to a Virtual Launch Pad, which is the final stage of the recruitment process. This combines assessment with the chance to learn more about career opportunities at KPMG. You'll meet virtual representatives from the area you've applied to, and if successful, receive a job offer within 2 working days.
