If you keep failing interviews, or have never even had one, you’re going to be asking yourself:

"What the hell do you have to do to pass an interview and get a job?"

You've tried preparing for interviews all by yourself...

You've watched countless videos on YouTube...

You've scoured through forums on Reddit and Glassdoor, and maybe even tried career counselling...

But still, you find yourself finishing interview after interview with a sinking feeling, knowing that once again, you didn't pass.

You can see the disappointment on your family's faces when you tell them the news, and the mounting pressure from your bills keeps you up at night.

The crushing weight of constant rejection is taking its toll on your self-esteem.

But don’t give up…

Because there's a shockingly simple method discovered by an MIT student study...

That reveals the secrets to acing your next interview today!

I know… it sounds too good to be true…

But this newly discovered MIT Student Study has already helped thousands of graduates and professionals just like you to land their dream jobs...

So, if you want to finally pass that interview and secure the job you deserve...

You absolutely have to read this study.

It revealed 11 key things you need to know to pass your interview.

And 2 things you absolutely must avoid…

In 2016, four professors from the University of Rochester in the United States sat down to answer a simple question:

“Why did you fail your job interview, when you’re clearly qualified enough to do it?”

To answer these questions, the professors decided to build a computer model, to see if they could accurately predict who would pass and fail an interview.

Their data was based on 69 MIT students who each did 2 interviews.

The model would be deemed a success if it could predict whether the students would pass or fail as well as a team of human assessors.

To their knowledge, this was the largest collection of job interview videos ever analysed.

Each MIT Student was given $50 to take part in the study and told that the top 5% of candidates would then have their CV sent to several sponsor organisations like Deloitte and Intuit.

During each interview, the counsellor asked the student five questions:

  1. Please tell me about yourself
  2. Tell me about a time when you demonstrated leadership
  3. Tell me about a time when you were working with a team and faced a challenge. How did you overcome this problem?
  4. What is one of your weaknesses and how do you plan to overcome it?
  5. Why do you think we should hire you?

Afterwards every student’s interview was scored by 9 different people.

They graded the students' answers on 16 different criteria, marking each one from 1 to 7. With 1 being the worst and 7 being the best.

  1. What is their overall performance rating?
  2. How likely are they to get hired?
  3. Did they use an engaging voice?
  4. Were they excited?
  5. Did they maintain proper eye contact?
  6. Did they smile appropriately?
  7. Did they seem friendly?
  8. Did they maintain a good speaking rate?
  9. Did they use too many filler words (um, ah, like etc.)
  10. Did they pause appropriately?
  11. Did they seem authentic?
  12. Did they appear calm?
  13. Were their answers structured?
  14. Did they seem focused?
  15. Did they seem stressed?
  16. Did they seem awkward?

You’re already starting to get an idea of what interviewers will be looking for in your next interview right?

But that’s not even the most exciting part…

When the researchers compared their model with the results from the human assessors. There were 3 traits that strongly indicated whether a person would be hired or not.

Based on these three traits alone, the computer model could predict with an 85-91% accuracy whether a student would pass an interview.

They were:

  1. Excitement.
  2. Friendliness.
  3. Engagement.

Basically, when you do your next interview, you’re much more likely to pass if you come across as excited to be there, friendly and engaged with the interview process.

The study went onto reveal eight other traits which would indicate if a student was much more likely to be successful in an interview:

  1. Fewer filler words.
  2. Good English fluency.
  3. Fewer breaks in speech.
  4. Total number of unique words.
  5. Total number of words spoken.
  6. Greater use of positive emotional words.
  7. Higher use of “We” and “They” instead of “I.”
  8. A higher speaking rate. (Higher words per second)

So, how can you make sure that in your next interview you:

  • Come across as excited, friendly and engaged in your interview. (even if it’s done on video)
  • Use less filler words like um, ah and like, and have a good level of English fluency.
  • Have less breaks or gaps in your speech, while speaking faster and saying more.
  • Speak positively and use more “We” and “They” rather than “I.”

Sounds simple, but you want a method that’s going to get you there as quickly as possible, and that’s where I come in.

Hey Friends,

My name’s Mike and since 2013 I’ve delivered well over 10,000 hours of interview coaching to everyone from interns and graduates to C-Level Executives who’ve gone onto work at some of the world's biggest companies like Goldman Sachs, PwC, BAE Systems and hundreds more…

Having spent almost a decade training and coaching people from all around the world, all different abilities and levels of skill and talent (even people whose first language wasn’t even English) I developed a simple system of interview coaching that worked for everyone.

Quite frankly, because I had to, as an interview coach what gets you noticed is RESULTS.

I wouldn’t have been coaching so long, if I didn’t have hundreds of people who’ve used my coaching and systems to get hired.

In fact, almost 7,000 people have taken courses I have designed and delivered, and almost 2 million people have watched my videos on Youtube.

But, the problem I have is I can’t be there to guide every single one of you through your interview.

I know how important it is that you pass this interview, so I put together a pack of resources you can download to give you the absolute best chance of passing that interview.

This pack is not only incredibly comprehensive, and will allow you to do everything the study above spoke about, but also it’s affordable.

We wanted to make sure that you could access the resources you need, even if you’re on a tight budget.

But what about the two things to avoid?

One was blindingly obvious, but the other took the researchers by surprise.

Because not only was the model surprisingly accurate at predicting who would pass.

It could also tell if someone was much more likely to fail, based on whether they:

  1. Used a swear word.
  2. Use a higher rate of negative emotional words.
